In the Research & Development area at BMW AG, our product data management team focuses on implementing innovative artificial intelligence solutions. We develop intelligent, interconnected AI components and explore cutting-edge technologies to enhance our development processes.

What awaits you?

• You will support the implementation of multi agent systems and A2A communication, contributing to the design and development of intelligent, interconnected AI components.
• Furthermore, you help derive technical solutions from professional use cases and assist in building proof of concepts.
• In addition, you support the design, improvement, and implementation of generative AI solutions and models using techniques like natural language processing, prompt engineering, and fine tuning.
• Moreover, you will assist in analyzing models and protocols that utilize generative capabilities, such as GPT-5x, Claude Sonnet, MCP and A2A.

What should you bring along?

• Studies in computer science, mathematics, or a comparable degree program, ideally with a focus on data analytics or artificial intelligence.
• First practical experience in data analytics or artificial intelligence.
• Knowledge of Python programming language and libraries such as OpenAI, NumPy, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or LangChain.
• Knowledge of modern technologies such as A2A, MCP, or A2UI (or willingness to learn).
• Strong team and communication skills.
• Good English or German skills.
