Key Accountabilities of the function. 

  • Support maintenance of an effective Compliance Management System (CMS) meeting all internal and external compliance requirements.
  • Manage and update the Compliance pages for the Associate Intranet.
  • Support the operation of the Corporate Governance Framework: policies & procedures oversight, and committee management.
  • Support monitoring & testing of compliance related controls.
  • Support regular compliance communication and awareness campaigns towards associates.
  • Support implementation of compliance processes and tools.
  • Support regular and ad-hoc compliance reporting to local management and central functions.
  • Support compliance related projects as needed.
  • Support and participate in presentations and training sessions
  • This position may take on additional duties and responsibilities, should the need arises.

 

Additional skills: special skills / technical ability etc.

  • Completed a post-secondary degree or diploma with a focus on business.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Well-developed oral and written communications skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams applications.
  • Knowledge and experience with Tableau is an asset.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

 

Compensation.

The compensation range for this role is $46,000 - $48,000, with variations based on factors like experience, education and skills. Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
