What awaits you?

• You will support the creation of impactful presentations and materials for BMW Group Management, gaining experience in executive communication.
• Furthermore, you help coordinate research, develop internal communication formats, and organize events for MINI’s Top Management and community.
• Moreover, you contribute to projects by communicating with stakeholders and helping to move key topics forward.
• In addition, you will assist in driving a culture initiative and actively contribute to the MINI community.
• You will help prepare and coordinate Top-Management committees, supporting efficient committee steering and decision-making processes.

What should you bring along?

• Studies in business administration, economics, communications or a related field.
• Initiative, structured mindset, and strong communication and organizational skills.
• Quick comprehension, sound judgment, and adaptability to dynamic environments.
• Ideally, first experience in internal communications, project management or division steering.
• Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluency in English and German.
