BMW Group Financial Services UK is looking for a Business Analyst, on a FTC basis until December 2026. This role is based at the Summit ONE Campus in Farnborough.

What awaits you?

·       Conduct holistic analysis of business situations to define problem statements and high-level project requirements.

·       Evaluate options to inform the production of business cases and support the development of project documentation.

·       Collaborate with Domain Owners, Product Owners, Project Leads, and SMEs to capture and document both high-level and detailed business requirements, including as-is and to-be processes.

·       Undertake complex research and analysis to develop requirements in formats such as User Stories, Business Proposals, and System Proposals.

·       Define effective solutions to meet business requirements and address complex business and IT issues, considering the broader implications of changes to systems.

·       Contribute to overall test strategy and planning, supporting the documentation of User Acceptance Test Cases and assisting in systems testing activities.

·       Identify opportunities for test automation and support business implementation work, leading activities to ensure successful project completion, including documentation and training.

·       Facilitate Agile events as needed, analyse current processes to identify gaps, and ensure alignment and approval of business requirements with stakeholders.

What should you bring along?

·       Business Analysis Diploma or similar.

·       Proven track record of successfully analysis and implementation of FCA regulatory change programs.

·       Experience in business analysis and working in different project methodologies, including AGILE and Waterfall.

·       Proven ability to operate in complex legacy systems landscape and familiarity with BMW Group standard solutions.

·       Capable of working independently without direct supervision, demonstrating a strong commitment to delivery and quality.

·       Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

·       Preferably experienced in Financial Services, with relevant exposure to the automotive industry.

·       Strong analytical and problem solving skills, adaptable and eager to learn more about the business.

·       Focused on achieving results and delivering quality outcomes.

·       Broad exposure to various business areas within the UK, including understanding of organisation, systems, processes and strategy.

·       Familiarity with the AGILE toolset.
