Our team explores new business opportunities and develops forward-looking concepts to shape the future of MINI. With a strong focus on automotive trends and sustainable development, especially in the field of electrification, you will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives and gain valuable insights into brand innovation and transformation.

 

What awaits you?

  • You will support the development and implementation of concepts to sustainably lead the MINI brand into the future, e.g. in electrification.
  • Furthermore, you help to accompany analyses and recommendations for action at national and international level and communicate with global sales contacts.
  • In addition, you contribute to the design of new processes and assist in steering monthly production, wholesale and retail planning for MINI.
  • Moreover, you will help to prepare opportunity and risk analyses based on market and regulatory developments.
  • You will also support in preparing presentation documents for board and management meetings regarding current sales performance.
  • You will assist in the independent completion of tasks and receive regular feedback from your mentor.

 

What should you bring along?

  • Studies in economics, industrial engineering, data science or a comparable field.
  • Affinity for the automotive industry, including comprehensive knowledge of the market, segments and competitors.
  • Initial practical experience in sales and marketing is desirable.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel with VBA and PowerQuery) and PowerPoint; experience with Think Cell is a plus.
  • Initial experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
  • Teamwork and communication skills.
  • Good German and English skills.
