Alphabet (GB) Ltd is looking for a Corporate Sales Manager. This role is field based, reporting into the Summit ONE Campus in Farnborough.
The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition across corporate, international, and public sector markets to meet corporate targets.
What awaits you?
- Meet all quantitative and qualitative targets aligned with Alphabet and BMW Group strategies, encompassing a diverse range of products and services.
- Develop a clear strategy and sustainable business plan to deliver on all business targets and objectives, ensuring tailored solutions for each customer.
- Maintain and develop a robust and qualified sales pipeline to ensure targets are consistently achieved.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of Alphabet products, services, and processes to shorten the sales cycle and maximise penetration into customer accounts.
- Stay informed about market trends and key competitors to ensure differentiation and innovation in Alphabet solutions.
- Build and manage relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally, fostering senior-level connections to leverage opportunities.
- Oversee the business relationship until the customer is handed over to account management, ensuring successful implementation and mobilisation.
- Propose and present relevant mobility solutions to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment with Alphabet strategy and profitability.
- Successfully influence and negotiate commercial terms that are acceptable to both the customer and Alphabet.
- Develop and maintain a robust CRM system to map all companies and opportunities within your defined territory.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to track progress and inform strategic development.
What should you bring along?
- Demonstrable success in selling to corporate fleets, with a consistent history of generating profit through new business development.
- Skilled in engaging with all levels of high-profile, multinational companies.
- Experience in solution-based sales processes, often extending beyond 12 months, with a focus on selling a blend of funding and ancillary products.
- A versatile individual who embraces change and is self-motivated to achieve results.
- Significant experience in the leasing sector, with a strategic mindset to identify and capitalise on opportunities.
- Excellent questioning, listening, and interpretation skills, complemented by persuasive communication abilities.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to present compelling solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experienced in managing a CRM system for forecasting and target management.
The role requires extensive travel, with the candidate expected to be able to travel frequently for meetings throughout the UK and internationally, including overnight stays as necessary.
