Payables Accountant

Your responsibilities:

• Booking of accounts payable, manual entries, manual matching of transactions on vendors’ liabilities, reconciliation of accounts, and doing payments.
• Accurate and on-time booking of bank statements in the system SAP and LEO FK and initiation of cash transfers in the electronic banking system.
• Booking of purchase invoices according to local tax law and internal guidelines.
• Reconciliation and confirming balances of liabilities.
• Handling of all activities regarding monthly and annual closings.
• Communicating with sales and technical departments regarding purchase documents related to core business.
• Providing documents and reports to internal and external auditors.

Our requirements:   

• 2-3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in both Polish and English (verbal and written).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Problem-analysis and problem-solving skills.
