As a Reworker at BMW Group Plant Debrecen, you play a key role in revolutionizing the way we think about driving.
What awaits you?
- Work Environment – You work on a highly automated production line equipped with robots, which are set up, operated, and maintained by our team to ensure top-level quality.
- Quality Control – You are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle’s exterior surfaces are flawless and meet BMW’s quality standards and inspection plans.
- Troubleshooting and Diagnostics - You identify and correct paint and surface defects on the car bodies, ensuring they meet visual and tactile standards.
- Use of Equipment and Tools – You carry out visual and tactile inspections, including masking and surface preparation tasks in the paint shop.
- Process Quality Control & Adjustments – You mointor process quality and make necessary adjustments based on the plans and workflows.
- Documentation – You document repair activities electronically following BMW's standards.
- Continuous Training – You participate in our comprehensive training program to ensure you’re fully prepared for your role.
- Process Optimization – You contribute to improving production quality and are encouraged to share suggestions that support continuous improvement.
What should you bring along?
- Educational Background - You have successfully completed secondary vocational education.
- Work Experience – You have at least 1 year of experience identifying and correcting paint and surface defects on automotive bodywork.
- Work Schedule - You are willing to work in multi-shift operations.
- Technical Knowledge – You have experience in geometry, measurements, and machining, and are familiar with tools and equipment used for sanding or polishing, especially in the automotive sector. Knowledge of welding tools is an advantage.
- Precision & Teamwork – You demonstrate strong attention to detail and work effectively in a team environment with clear communication.
