What Awaits You?

 

  • Lead and Inspire: Take charge of coaching and developing team leaders and technical associates in your automated area. Your problem-solving skills will be key as you drive overall performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement to help your team achieve their targets.

 

  • Ensure Compliance: Play a lead role in maintaining operations that adhere to legal and internal standards for safety, environmental protection, cleanliness, and ergonomics.

 

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders to address availability issues and minimize technical downtimes. This includes monitoring manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.

 

  • Coordinate Maintenance Activities: Oversee maintenance operations within your area, including special activities such as weekend maintenance, shutdowns, and major repairs.

 

  • Participate in Planning: Engage in the planning processes for technical modifications and the optimization of new production facilities, contributing your insights to enhance efficiency.

 

  • Drive Innovation: Support the introduction of innovative solutions and transformational activities that enhance competitiveness and facilitate improvements in operations.

 

  • Leverage Data: Utilize data to improve transparency and provide real-time insights into operational areas, enabling informed decision-making.

 

What You Should Bring Along?

 

  • Educational Background: A degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience or qualifications in maintenance are also valuable.

 

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in an industrial maintenance leadership role or similar positions within the automotive industry, particularly in highly automated production environments.

 

 

  • Leadership Skills: Strong sustainable leadership qualities and skills to effectively guide and develop your team.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hungarian and English is required, with German proficiency being a plus.
