TX-R-30,TX-R-30 / Specialist: JMS

The specialist is responsible for supporting the Management Team (technologies and departments), steering sustainability and continuous improvement related to JMS and contributing to maintain the Group certificates.

What awaits you?

• Act as an interface between the JMS Manager/JMS Core Team and the technology/their area of responsibility.
• Coordinate JMS activities within their area of responsibility/departments/ technology by ensuring that the JMS requirements are complied with.
• Promote continuous improvement through implementation of the JMS requirements.
• Participate in the Incident management process (S-13).
• Coordinate and participate in the risk assessment process within the technology /department and maintain the Risk register.
• Participate in Internal, Group and external certification audits.
• Actively drive the principle of “Occupational Health and Safety first” as well as promote “Zero Defect” and “No fault forward” and facilitate the implementation of measures to sustain these in line with the plant and group strategy where applicable.

What should you bring along?

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or similar.
• SAMTRAC/SHEQMAN/Modern SHEQ Management.
• Ergonomic Risk Auditor Course.
• Environmental legislation Training Course.
• Introduction to ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 and ISO 9001.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in JMS preferably within the automotive industry.
• Minimum 3 years production experience in an Automotive Plant.
