• Support regulatory reporting and data management activities.
  대외기관 제출 리포트 작성 및 데이터 검증 업무를 지원합니다.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
  반복적이고 수작업으로 수행되는 업무 프로세스를 분석하고 운영 효율화 및 자동화 기회를 발굴합니다.
• Support workflow automation and process improvement initiatives.
  n8n 및 AI 기술을 활용하여 티켓 관리, 데이터 처리, 리포트 생성 등 반복 업무의 자동화 및 프로세스 개선 과제를 지원합니다.
• Support project coordination and documentation using collaboration tools.
  Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365 등을 활용하여 프로젝트 일정 관리, 회의록 작성 및 관련 문서 관리 업무를 지원합니다

What should you bring along?

• Native-level fluency in Korean is required to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  원어민 수준의 한국어 능력을 보유하신 분
• Major in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  경영학, 산업공학, 정보시스템, 컴퓨터공학 등 관련 전공 또는 이에 준하는 역량을 보유하신 분
• Experience with Python programming and basic understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.
  Python 프로그래밍 경험과 REST API 및 시스템 연계 방식에 대한 기본적인 이해를 보유하신 분
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools, data analysis, or process improvement activities.
  업무 자동화 도구(n8n, Power Automate 등), 데이터 분석 또는 프로세스 개선 활동 경험이 있으신 분
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and documentation skills.
  Excel, PowerPoint, Word 등 Microsoft Office 활용 능력을 보유하신 분
• Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and basic English communication capabilities.
  원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력과 협업 마인드를 보유하고 있으며 기본적인 영어 의사소통이 가능하신 분
