CR-T-75 / Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician (rotating shift)

• Maintaining and repairing production equipment to maximise technical availability.
• Supporting a world-class manufacturing environment through planned and reactive maintenance.
• Diagnosing faults, driving continuous improvement and working with advanced automation technologies.
• Collaborating with production teams to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality operations.

What you need to bring:

• A recognised engineering apprenticeship and NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
• Experience within a manufacturing or maintenance environment.
• Strong fault-finding, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive mindset, effective communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
