Our Product Management team develop financial products and promotions for BMW Group brands (BMW/MINI/Motorrad/BPS/Alphera). We analyze sales performance, manage PCII margin, and collaborate with internal/external partners to support effective product operations.

What awaits you?

• Create and report daily/monthly management reports.
  일간·월간 경영 보고서를 작성 및 보고합니다.
• Calculate and execute promotion, bonus, and commission-related costs using data analytics tools.
  데이터 분석 툴을 활용하여 프로모션, 보너스 및 수수료 관련 비용을 산출 및 집행합니다.
• Register and manage sales, dealer, contract, and vehicle information through internal systems and support system testing activities.
  내부 시스템을 통해 영업, 딜러, 계약 및 차량 정보를 등록·관리하고, 시스템 변경 및 신규 개발에 따른 테스트를 지원합니다.
• Compile employee lease lists and assign responsible F&I managers.
  임직원 리스 리스트를 취합하고 담당 F&I 매니저를 배정합니다.
• Conduct auto finance market research and prepare in-house news briefs.
  자동차 금융 시장 리서치를 수행하고 사내 뉴스 브리프를 작성합니다.
• Update and maintain intern work instructions and operational manuals.
  인턴 업무 지침 및 운영 매뉴얼을 업데이트하고 관리합니다.
• Support product managers with ad-hoc tasks and operational activities.
  상품 담당 매니저의 수시 업무 및 운영 업무를 지원합니다.

What should you bring along?

• Native-level fluency in Korean is required to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  원어민 수준의 한국어 능력을 보유하신 분
• Proactive attitude
  스스로 찾아 배우려고 하는, 톡톡 튀는 아이디어를 가지신 분
• Excellent O/A (Excel) skill
  상품팀 관련 다양한 문서를 보기 좋고 이해하기 쉽게 작성하실 수 있는 분
