Specialist Operational Demo Fleet Management (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Demo Vehicle Fleet Coordinator to support the compliant and efficient management of our demonstration vehicle fleet. In this role, you will ensure smooth fleet operations in line with local regulations, guidelines, and internal processes.

What awaits you?

• Ensuring compliant handling of the demo fleet and local office cars in accordance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
• Managing the full lifecycle of demo vehicles, including registration, monitoring, and de-fleeting.
• Coordinating the operational fine management process, including billing, documentation, and communication with authorities.
• Managing the repair process in cooperation with demo vehicle handling agents and in line with applicable policies.
• Identifying and implementing improvements to systems and processes related to demo vehicle management.

What should you bring along?

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the automotive sector; experience in fleet management would be an advantage.
• Relevant training and/or certification in fleet management.
• Coordination experience, preferably within a multinational company.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under daily time and resource pressure.
• Fluency in Polish and English, both spoken and written, combined with a continuous improvement mindset.
