About the Team

The Marketing Services and Customer Interaction team develops and implements customized CRM communication strategies based on customer data analysis. 
We support customer relationship building through CRM systems, membership programs, and customer feedback management, and contribute to sales by operating customer-focused, data-informed marketing activities.

What awaits you?

• Support customer lifecycle and engagement campaigns across relevant communication channels.
• Coordinate customer feedback activities and help translate feedback into operational improvements.
• Handle customer inquiries, basic troubleshooting, and issue tracking with technical and cross-functional teams.
• Support the operation of customer-facing digital products, services, and features.

What should you bring along?

• Proactive approach and strong logical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong interest in data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to use generative artificial intelligence tools to improve workflows.
