As a Body Quality Inspection Specialist (Quality Tester) at BMW Group Plant Debrecen, you will play a key role in ensuring that vehicle bodies meet the highest quality standards throughout the production process.

What awaits you?

• Working environment – You will work in the audit and quality inspection area of the Debrecen plant in a structured environment supported by modern equipment.
• Teamwork – You will work closely with specialists from quality, production, and engineering.
• Body inspection – You will inspect both painted and unpainted vehicle bodies according to defined quality requirements.
• Defect identification – You will identify surface defects, spot weld deficiencies, and soldering imperfections.
• Evaluation and documentation – You will assess identified defects according to the applicable standards, classify them based on BI criteria, and document them accurately in the relevant systems.
• Preparation-related tasks – As part of the inspection process, you will support preparation activities required for effective body inspection.
• Training and development – You will participate in an extensive training program that prepares you to perform the role at a high professional level.
• Process improvement – You will support the development of quality assurance processes and contribute ideas for defect prevention.

• Educational background – You have a secondary technical qualification.
• Professional background – A relevant technical specialization or practical experience is considered an advantage.
• Quality awareness – You are able to recognize defects accurately on inspected surfaces.
• Attention to detail – You work precisely, reliably, and with high quality standards.
• Technical mindset – You are comfortable navigating technical and quality inspection processes.
• Documentation skills – You are able to document defects and deviations accurately.
• Communication and teamwork – You collaborate effectively across functions and are open to learning new skills and processes.
• Working schedule – Currently, the position is performed in a day-shift schedule.
• Language skills – Hungarian language skills are required; English is an advantage.
• Training period – You are willing to undertake a longer onboarding and training period of approximately six months.
