Retailer System Processes & Implementation Manager
The Retailer Systems, Process and Implementation Manager is responsible for ensuring that BMW Park Lane maximises the value and effectiveness of its third-party systems. The role holds full accountability for the onboarding of new systems and maintenance of current systems, working closely with suppliers and internal IT stakeholders to ensure that all systems are appropriately configured, integrated, and aligned with business requirements. The role also takes responsibility for locally procured hardware around the business which is not under the scope of the BMW Group IT outsourced contract, such as showroom screens and media and will act as a key conduit between the business and BMW Group for the hardware that is supported by BMW Group.In addition, the role ensures that BMW Park Lane remains fully compliant from an IT systems perspective, consistently adhering to Group data governance policies and standards.
What awaits you?
- Maximises the value and effectiveness of its third-party systems by supporting and training business areas on the systems.
- Full responsibility for the onboarding and ongoing maintenance of retailer systems.
- Full responsibility of ensuring that the retailer dealer management system (Keyloop Drive) is operational and that any issues are resolved with the supplier
- Ownership of starters and leavers process for all employees system access
- Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal IT stakeholders to ensure systems are appropriately configured, fully integrated and aligned with business requirements.
- Act as a key conduit between Park Lane and BMW Group for the hardware supported by BMW Group.
- Ensure that non BMW Group Hardware is supported and working on site.
- Ensure all systems are fully compliant with Group IT security and data governance policies and standards.
What should you bring along?
- IT Degree or relevant retailer system experience required.
- Experience and knowledge of data systems and business processes within the automotive industry
- Experience of system implementation and integration across all areas of a business
- Experience and passion for improving business performance through technology and process excellence.
