Working closely with dealers and internal stakeholders, the Specialist also drives stronger controls, smarter processes, digitalisation and continuous improvement across wholesale finance and commercial lending activities.
What awaits you?

- Provide commercial insight on facility utilisation, liquidity needs, emerging risks and growth opportunities, helping stakeholders make timely, well-informed funding decisions.
- Strengthen the Commercial Finance Services control environment by designing practical controls, identifying emerging risks and partnering with stakeholders to embed sustainable solutions.
- Safeguard high-value wholesale funding flows by reviewing and authorising pay-outs and payments to internal and external business partners.

- Protect BMW Financial Services’ credit position by monitoring dealer collateral and using insights from physical and digital floorplan audits to identify risk and initiate timely action.
- Translate Local Credit Committee decisions into accurate, timely facility actions and clear stakeholder communication within the Commercial Finance System.
- Turn portfolio reporting, delinquency trends, sales-out-of-trust indicators, compliance outcomes and debtor-book movements into actionable insights and focused interventions.
- Enable a high-performing Commercial Finance Services team through knowledge sharing, coaching, workflow coordination and effective operational cover.
- Lead process optimisation, automation and system-enhancement initiatives that simplify the dealer and stakeholder experience, improve controls and unlock operational capacity.
- Lead the end-to-end management of suppliers and contractors supporting physical floorplan audits, Munich-based digital stock audits and payment-release administration, ensuring each service supports operational priorities, control requirements and the dealer experience.
- Set service expectations and manage supplier performance through governance forums, service-level measures, quality reviews and constructive challenge; escalate material delivery, control or compliance concerns and drive corrective action to resolution.
- Own the commercial and operational relationship with service partners, partnering with Purchasing and internal stakeholders on tenders, contracts, capacity, cost, invoice governance and continuous-improvement opportunities to secure sustainable value and resilient service delivery.
