What awaits you?

• Manage and localize BMW and MINI digital content, including website updates, product information, and customer communications.
• Ensure quality and performance of digital channels through content maintenance, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate customer and internal events, meetings, and marketing activities in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Drive customer experience and satisfaction initiatives across BMW and MINI, supporting dealers and relevant business functions.
• Support administrative processes and business system implementations, including testing, invoicing and operational coordination.

What should you bring along?

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or comparable professional experience.
• Experience in digital marketing, content management, customer experience, event coordination, or project management.
• Technical qualifications: Content management systems, digital marketing tools, data reporting, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in Bulgarian and in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, customer focus, attention to detail, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving.
