    • Develop and maintain project-specific quality plans, control plans, inspection methods, and acceptance criteria for fuel tank assemblies across development, prototype, pre‑series and series phases.
    • Ensure all quality documentation is approved and available for audits and production use.
    • Process series audit and ISIR submit report to customer.
  • Prototype validation and production readiness
    • Plan, execute and validate prototype and pre‑series tests (including leak, pressure, vibration, NVH and crash‑related verifications) and ensure formal sign‑off for production readiness.
    • Coordinate first article inspections and measurement system analyses (MSA/R&R) to confirm measurement reliability.
    • In‑process assembly line quality assurance: Monitor line performance, investigate in‑process nonconformities, execute containment actions and drive permanent corrective measures.
  • Supplier quality management :
    • Establish supplier quality requirements (Incoming inspection criteria) for fuel tank components and assessments and performance reviews.
    • Lead supplier corrective actions, validate effectiveness, and collaborate with purchasing to escalate unresolved supplier risks.
    • Part Quality AQ, Self-announcement, Part Claims, MCDR and block parts (Quarantine) / Scrap parts.
  • Customer and internal quality communication
    • Serve as primary quality interface for internal stakeholders and customers on fuel tank topics; provide timely technical responses, status reports and risk assessments.
    • Prepare and present quality status updates, launch readiness reports and field incident responses to project leadership and customers.
  • Problem solving and corrective action
    • Lead root cause analyses for complex components, assembly or field failures using structured methods (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA) and ensure implementation and verification of corrective actions.
    • Problem management process (PMP) steering in each technology and Q-Reporting in each technology.
    • Track and close quality incidents, nonconformance reports (NCRs) and CAPAs within agreed timelines.
  • Continuous improvement and cost reduction
    • Identify process, design or supplier improvements to reduce defect rates, rework and cost; drive improvement projects with measurable KPI targets.
    • Implement lessons‑learned from launches and field data into standard processes and work instructions.
