Adv. Specialist, Chemistry/Coating

What awaits you?

• Perform routine and advanced chemical analyses using modern analytical techniques (HPLC, GC-MS, ICP-OES/MS, FTIR, titration, wet chemistry, etc.).
• Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods to support product development, process improvements, and quality assurance.
• Lead complex investigations and root cause analyses related to material, process, coating, and product deviations.
• Interpret analytical data and provide technical recommendations to support business and operational decisions.
• Ensure laboratory measurement quality through calibration, quality control programs, and method performance monitoring.
• Manage laboratory instruments, including qualification, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and equipment procurement.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and analytical summaries for management and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on laboratory efficiency, data quality, cost optimization, and operational excellence.

What should you bring along?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Coating Technology, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in analytical laboratories, chemical testing, materials analysis, or coating-related environments.
• Strong expertise in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC-MS, ICP-OES/MS, FTIR, titration, and laboratory instrumentation.
• Experience in method development, validation, data interpretation, and laboratory quality management systems.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail and data integrity.
• Proficiency in laboratory software, LIMS, chromatography data systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills in a cross-functional environment.
• Continuous improvement mindset, commitment to safety and quality standards, and ability to coach or mentor team members.
