Our team at the BMW Group focuses on Performance Management and Financial Steering for the iconic MINI brand. We explore innovative trends in electrification and sustainability, transforming visionary ideas into measurable business impact through strategic analysis and performance monitoring.
What awaits you?
- You will support the creation and execution of innovative sales initiatives for the MINI brand.
- Furthermore, you help analyze sales trends and competitor data to shape data-driven strategic decisions.
- In addition, you contribute to optimizing data handling processes and automating reporting workflows for faster insights.
- Moreover, you will assist with the monthly update of sales performance and finance reports.
- You also help streamline daily finance requests and approvals to drive team success.
- Additionally, you support monitoring market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory factors to identify opportunities and risks.
- You will help prepare compelling presentation materials for board and management meetings highlighting sales performance and strategic insights.
What should you bring along?
- Studies in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Strategy, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with skills in data analysis and interpretation to support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization and automation is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English; German skills are beneficial.
- Team player attitude with eagerness to collaborate in dynamic, multidisciplinary environments and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Organizational talent with ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and contribute to process improvements with attention to detail.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a self-driven mindset with willingness to learn, ask questions, and take ownership of assigned projects; passion for the automotive industry, mobility trends, and sustainable solutions is appreciated.
