Accessories & Lifestyle Intern (f/m/x)

The Accessories and Lifestyle area drives Aftersales business growth by enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting the BMW/MINI dealer network.

 

What awaits you?

• Supporting preparation of reports and presentations (mainly in Excel and PowerPoint) and assisting in monitoring ongoing projects and rollout activities
• Supporting communication with dealers and internal stakeholders, as well as helping in creation and updating of instructions, guidelines and documentation
• Supporting market analysis and data collection, including monitoring selected processes and basic KPI tracking
• Providing organizational support for meetings, workshops and trainings
• Assisting in digitalization and process improvement initiatives

What should you bring along?

• Student status (preferred fields: business, logistics, IT, management or similar) and availability to work approx. 30 – 40 hours per week (flexible to fit studies)
• Basic analytical and organizational skills, with good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Polish (fluent) and English (min. B2)
• Motivation to learn and interest in digital processes / automotive industry
• Basic understanding of IT systems or business processes, and first experience in corporate environment or student projects
