Customer Support Marketing - Placement Year (July 2027)
BMW UK, Farnborough.
What awaits you:
- Manage BMW AG focused Marketing activity and E-commerce projects within Customer Support.
- Support on multiple projects across Retailer and Digital Marketing topics.
- Liaise with product managers and agencies to complete projects.
- Participate in regular calls with contacts in Munich.
- Work with multiple agencies (creative & media) on projects and initiatives.
- Operate in a lateral working culture, collaborating with colleagues across the department / company.
- Support Marketing team with project management and creating presentations to showcase project work
- Support Data team on data reporting to support commercial objectives
- Working closely with the Data team to deliver data excellence
- Make changes to the BMW & MINI national websites
- Support with ad hoc projects where relevant
What awaits you:
- Studying a bachelor’s degree in a Marketing related discipline is desirable.
- Excellent communication and numerical skills.
- Aptitude for analysing & presenting information with the use of Microsoft Office, as well as the ability to learn new systems competencies.
- Aptitude for developing creative mechanisms to reach out to different audiences.
- Ability to work well under pressure and challenging timelines.
- Time spent in a Marketing environment is highly desirable, as is a passion for Digital Marketing and appreciation of brand values and corporate identity for both BMW and MINI brands.
- Experience and knowledge of using AI
- Experience with Excel
