Project Management Intern

At BMW Group, we empower our customers to embark on an exciting journey with their BMW Group vehicles. As a Project Management Intern, you will ensure that business processes function correctly in the new system by executing realworld test scenarios. Your attention to detail will help validate systems functionality and protect the integrity of business preparions during this critical transition from the wholesale sales to the retail.

 What awaits you?

•  Shadow business users to develop a deep understanding of end-to end processes within your assigned area.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to clarify testing goals and expectations.
• Execute predefined business process test cases and workflows.
• Document test outcomes, system behavior, and any issues using Jira.
• Participate in defect reviews and assist in validating resolved issues.
• Help prepare test data and ensure the readiness of the test environment.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and contribute to overall quality assurance efforts.
• Maintain adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

What should you bring along?

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and expert knowledge of local (Greek) language.
• Experience in system testing or participation in UAT.
• Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar test management tools (training available if needed).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Analytical skills to understand and work with large data sets.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
