We are seeking a Department Manager, Leadership Partner, Human Resources Management, HR Marketing & Recruiting in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey. This role will drive innovative people strategies, talent development, and organizational transformation for BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, and BMW Financial Services in the United States.

- Support global mobility and international career opportunities by overseeing immigration and international assignment processes in partnership with global HR teams and external experts.
- Drive compliance excellence while advancing affirmative action and diversity initiatives that strengthen our workforce.
- Influence business success by representing the organization in global HR networks and advising leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and strategic transformation.
- Lead and develop a team of HR professionals supporting approximately 2,300 employees across more than 25 locations throughout the United States.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring HR remains a trusted business partner and catalyst for change.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10 years of human resources management experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Preferences:
- Bachelor’s degree in concentration in HR Management or related discipline.
- Master of Business Administration.
- SHRM-SCP and/or SPHR-CA.
- 3-5 years of data analytics experience.
- Experience working for an international company.

Relocation assistance is available for this position.
This is a hybrid role that requires regular attendance in the office.
The expected salary range for this position is $157,800.00. - $291,900.00.
The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
