Accounting Specialist (f/m/x)

Accounting is part of the Finance department and is responsible, among other things, for maintaining accounting records and handling tax settlements.

What awaits you?

• Ensuring accurate and timely posting of bank statements in the Exact and Bynx systems, as well as initiating cash transfers in the electronic banking system.
• Posting purchase invoices, both car-related and non-car-related, in accordance with local tax regulations and internal guidelines.
• Ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of liabilities and confirmation of balances.
• Handling all activities related to monthly and annual closing processes accurately and on time.
• Preparing account analyses and monthly reports.

What should you bring along?

• A university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional experience in accounting.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and tax procedures.
• A high level of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• The ability to work effectively under tight operational deadlines and changing priorities.
