SPEC. FINANCIAL MARKET RISK

BMW FINANCIAL SERVICES

As the next Spec. Financial Market Risk you will serve as a cornerstone of the Credit Management department, balancing rigorous financial stewardship with a risk-mitigating mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating the delicate balance between managing risk and supporting commercial growth across our Commercial Finance loan portfolio. You will lead the loan verification, reconciliation, and floorplan audit activities across our BMW, MINI, and Motorrad dealer network to ensure that every operational decision reinforces the organization’s portfolio sustainability, profitability, and compliance framework. 

WHAT AWAITS YOU?

• Manage and respond to retailers, serving as the primary channel of communication.
• Maintain, track, and evaluate insurance coverages for all products within the portfolio, including floorplan inventory, service loaner inventory, demo car inventory, general liability, and property insurance.
• Monitor and collect billed charges (e.g., interest receivables and curtailments) to ensure compliance with BMW FS policies and floorplan agreements.
• Provide analysis and feedback to management on the performance of floorplan audit vendors.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING ALONG?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Self-motivated and customer-focused.
• Broad understanding of the automotive industry.
• 1-3 years of experience in automotive Finance industry, ideally Credit area.
