WHAT AWAITS YOU.
- RDC and Vendor Scope:
- Assist the National Quality Assurance Manager in guiding and improving process through data reporting in all RDCs, ConDC and DChub.
- Develop reporting relating to RDC parts processing procedures, etc., to manage the parts quality objectives of all US VDCs.
- Establish reporting to help steer continuous improvement opportunities. Collaborate with quality teams to develop and share best practices.
- Support development of reporting generated by Dealer Services in order to identify further opportunities of quality improvement.
- Support in quarterly, on-site, RDC process audits and Continuous Improvement Workshops. This includes but is not limited to ISO certification, LEAP and AQ audits, quality training and process certification recertification training and best practice implementation.
- Prepare and support Dealer and Internal CIP workshops. Implement and manage Lean projects.
- System and Financial Scope:
- Prepare and verify analysis of key data metrics within the department and recommend applicable adjustments and improvements using systems available such as Tableau, Power BI, ILAS, etc.
- Liaison with C4-US-A-33 on all LEAP related projects, level enhancements and program changes.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred or related work experience
- 5 years of process development, analysis or parts logistics (OEM experience preferred)
- 5 years Direct or Indirect Team leading experience
- Experience working in large data sets

Relocation is available for this position.
The expected salary range for this position is $62,500.00 - $125,000.00.
