Intern Sales Operations

What awaits you?

• Supporting Sales Operations dpt. 
• Supporting Customs Clearance & Invoicing processes
• Monitoring Transportations procedures
• Administrating customs brokers, transportations suppliers and BMW official Dealer Network
• Monitoring daily and monthly Reports & KPI’s

In detail:

• Sending Arrival Notices Internally & Externally (Update for possible delays and pick up dates from port)
• Preparing arrival documents (COC and AG Invoices)
• Preparing sales Allowances / Bonus payment documents (Sales, AS, MC)
• Monitoring Distribution Process (Requested – Pending – Delivered)
• Supporting vehicle’s registrations process
• Monitoring vehicle’s statuses and creating tickets when needed
• Supporting Customs Clearance Process (Dealer Network update for CC dates)
• Checking (monthly) PDI – Retail Date – Warranty Date.

What should you bring along?

•  University degree in Business Administration or other relevant field
•  Analytical skills and results orientation
•  High organizational skills
•  Strong process orientation
•  Fluency in English
•  Good communication skills (written and verbal)
•  Basic Knowledge of car related topics
