Sales Operations Graduate
As Sales Operations Graduate, you will support the Sales Operations team across key Volume Planning and Sales Logistics activities. This role provides exposure to sales performance reporting, dealer network support, vehicle logistics processes and operational administration, helping ensure accurate information flow, timely coordination and effective support for BMW Group Australia’s sales operations.
What awaits you?
- You will monitor sales pipeline activities, including orders, stock levels, weekend trading, retail coverage, weekly sales summaries and area manager estimates.
- You will collate data from SAP and IVS/R to update and distribute monthly reporting on wholesale, retail and dealer network performance.
- You will liaise with Sales Area Managers to prepare quarterly dealer performance reviews and support ongoing dealer target updates.
- You will administer monthly and quarterly bonus and support payments, ensuring dealer payments are processed accurately and on time.
- You will support sales logistics processes, including daily SCM data transfers, priority wharf clearances, vehicle reservations and transfers through IVS/R.
- You will assist with dealer stock, demonstrator management, mandatory despatch activity, Open Market administration and PMP claim processing.
- You will provide general Sales Operations support, including invoice processing, meeting materials, market and network analysis, team inbox management and query resolution.
What you should bring along?
- Tertiary studies in a business-related discipline, with an interest in data, analytics, sales operations or the automotive industry.
- Previous office or professional experience, with exposure to administrative processes, reporting or operational support highly regarded.
- Advanced Microsoft Office capability, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with confidence working with data and preparing clear reporting outputs.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret, reconcile and work accurately across multiple data sources.
- A proactive and organised working style, with the ability to deliver quality work in a timely manner and manage competing priorities under pressure.
- A collaborative mindset, with confidence working with colleagues, management and cross-functional stakeholders in a team-oriented environment.
