What awaits you?

1. Change Request & Project Coordination

• Analyze and review business change requests arising from projects and process improvements
• Coordinate and steer request management activities, including prioritization and quality assurance for SF1-CS-GR
• Support and guide project leads; actively contribute within cross-functional project teams
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes
• Manage multi-project planning and ensure alignment across ongoing initiatives

2. Business Analysis & Consulting

• Evaluate business processes and identify improvement potentials
• Provide consulting to stakeholders on process optimization and efficiency gains
• Review and validate project briefs, business specifications, user documentation, and process descriptions
• Ensure alignment of changes with business objectives and corporate standards

3. Process Management & Governance

• Maintain and further develop the local process landscape (e.g., SAP Signavio)
• Act as the key interface for local users of process management tools
• Drive process orientation across NFSC, ensuring alignment with BMW Group strategy
• Support process owners in defining, analyzing, and improving processes

4. Testing & Quality Management

• Define and coordinate test strategies and test concepts
• Establish and drive a structured Quality Management framework
• Ensure continuous monitoring and improvement of service quality and customer-centric processes
• Coordinate quality measurements, including customer and dealer feedback analysis

5. Digital Transformation & Continuous Improvement

• Drive digital transformation initiatives by promoting the adoption of tools, technologies, and efficient workflows
• Identify automation opportunities and support process standardization
• Leverage data and analytics to support decision-making and performance improvements
• Promote digital literacy through training and knowledge sharing initiatives

6. Performance & KPI Management

• Manage and report on global KPIs
• Support performance management routines for local process owners
• Identify improvement measures and coordinate implementation of corrective actions

7. Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement

• Support and coach major change initiatives defined by senior management
• Facilitate communication of process improvements across NFSC
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
• Guide process owners through structured performance and improvement cycles

Provide Support:

• Monitor local compliance with process model and BPM framework (entire organization) and follow up on corrective initiatives.
• Drive process improvement in entire NFSC departments (without being disciplinary responsible in those departments). This includes coordination of countermeasures (identification and execution).
• Support / coaching of major change management initiatives as defined by senior management
• Modify internal processes, with the aim of efficiency and effectiveness and in compliance with corporate rules

What should you bring along?

• Business Process Management Experience (1-2 years)
• Project Management: Experience leading projects in a multi-cultural, cross-functional setting (1-2 years)
• Consulting and/or IT experience (2 Years)

• Creativity and ability to look outside the normal boundaries
• Understands and communicates the linkage between strategy and tactical execution
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; Can communicate complex topics in easily understandable terms/formats
• Understanding of IT processes and IT background.
• Project management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills and process orientation
• Strong understanding of financial fundamentals and ability to develop business plans
• Fluent in English
