The successful candidate will be supporting the Sales Operations Team, responsible for sales planning, reporting, production, logistics and sales incentive programs.
What awaits you?
- Supporting the Sales Strategy Team by ensuring accurate and timely development, setup, and tracking of BMW & MINI monthly sales incentive programs
- Supporting the Business Control Analyst with day-to-day management of BMW Group Canada’s Retailer sales receivables
- Tracking of BMW Group Canada sales program effectiveness and generation of management reports
- Assisting with the administration of BMW Canada Retailer co-op claims
- Assisting with the administration of the BMW Canada Masters Club and VIP programs
- General administrative support for the BMW Group National Sales Department
- Other duties of a general or unspecified nature as may be required to achieve the overall effectiveness of BMW Group Canada as a whole
What should you bring along?
- Completed a post-secondary degree or diploma with a focus on business
- Coding experience in data processing, aggregation and database management is an asset.
- Well-developed oral and written communications skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and database tools ie. SQL
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and a member of a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Knowledge in visualization programs like Tableau is an asset.

Compensation
The compensation range for this role is $47,000 - $49,000, with variations based on factors like experience, education and skills. Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
