WHAT AWAITS YOU.

• Assist RDC Management in executing the strategic directions of the assigned department on a daily basis.
• Perform clerical functions to support warehouse activities.
• Organize and distribute work in the assigned department.
• Maintain accurate records and files.
• Manage appointment schedules and operational document flow.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Support warehouse activities such as picking, packing, shipping, receiving, reverse logistics, and inventory control.
• Regularly monitor the status of daily workload completion.
• Monitor the systematic completion of workload.
• Properly close all shipments in the system.
• Research and resolve dealer support issues.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Mimimun two (2) years general office experience.
• Computer literate and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work as a member of a team and independently as needed.
• Preferences:
  
  • OEM distribution experience, preferred.
  • Ability to speak or understand Spanish.

Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

This role requires full-time attendance at the facility with position hours of 12:30PM to 9:00PM Monday through Friday. 

The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
