ACCOUNT PAYABLE SCHOLAR

BMW MEXICO

As an Accounts Payable Scholar, you will be responsible for supporting key financial and operational processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. You will manage specialized platforms and tools to keep information updated and workflows running smoothly. You will also contribute to the proper handling of financial movements and documentation, maintaining clear records and tracking activities as required. Through this role, you will help strengthen internal controls and provide reliable support to cross-functional teams.

WHAT AWAITS YOU?

• Vault platform management (supplier registration, payment add-ons, invoice rejection/acceptance).
• Transfer of dealer debt to BMW Financial Services.
• Registration and tracking of import declarations.
• Review and monitoring of GR/IV accounts.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING FOR?

• Bachelor’s or engineering student from the 5th semester onwards (availability to work part-time).
• Minimum average of 8.5.
• Advanced english.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
