FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING SCHOLAR

BMW FINANCIAL SERVICES

As Finnancial Accounting Scholar you will execute key operational and strategic activities, including invoice renewals, income and CFDI reconciliations, and managing invoice cancellations. Also, you will be responsible for balancing ordinary and moratory interest accounts. Working with a focus on high-quality customer service, you will manage on-demand requests and contribute to internal project to maintain strong financial controls and operational efficiency. 

WHAT AWAITS YOU?

• Reversal of accounting entries in the internal system (Credisystem) at BMW in case of errors.
• Cancellation of incorrectly issued invoices on the SAT portal.
• Correction of accounting entries in the internal system at BMW.
• Downloading the incorrectly issued invoice from the SAT portal to analyze the corrections.
• Re-invoicing of awarded units or leased units due to errors. (VIN, name, company name).

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING ALONG?

• Bachelor’s or engineering student from the 5th semester onwards. (Availability to work part-time)
• Minimum average of 8.5.
• Advanced english.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
