Project Management & Quality Coordinator (f/m/x)

In your role as a Project Management & Quality Coordinator, you will lead multiple projects, including IT initiatives, across the full project lifecycle. You will ensure timely, within-scope and budget delivery while collaborating closely with stakeholders.

What awaits you?

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including IT initiatives
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering to deployment
• Develop project plans, defining timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resources
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and expected outcomes
• Monitor project performance to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates and reports

What should you bring along?

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in leasing, consulting, or audit companies
• 5+ years of project management experience, including IT projects, ideally in multicultural, cross-functional environments
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills
• Solid understanding of IT and experience working with external IT providers
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high accuracy and timeliness
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and proactive, with a solution-oriented and results-driven approach
