INDIRECT PURCHASING SCHOLAR

BMW MEXICO

As an Indirect Purchasing Scholar, you will be responsible for developing clear presentations on regional data and trends, tailored to different audiences. You will analyze performance metrics and compare project outcomes across the region. Additionally, you will support administrative tasks such as document management, scheduling, and meeting coordination.

WHAT AWAITS YOU?

• Ensure efficient organization and maintenance of records and files.
• Extract and analyze data from the SAP system to generate comprehensive regional reports.
• Interpret the data and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Serve as a point of contact for regional providers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Facilitate the resolution of issues and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely and effective support.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING ALONG?

• Bachelor’s or engineering student from the 5th semester onwards. (Availability to work part-time)
• Minimum average of 8.5.
• Advanced english.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
