Adv. Specialist, TP Control Engineering

What awaits you?

- Responsible for the technical planning of Control Engineering on site for all produced components adhering to agreed targets (Quality, Costs, Quantity, Timeline) towards project lead/Department head (ZX-T-2), central Technologies (ZX-T-2/3/4) and Plant Operations/Management (ZX-T-83*).
- Acting as main interface between planning function in Plant Berlin and Plant Thailand, assuring adherence to methods and standards, local requirements and regulations towards Plant Management (ZX-T-83).
- Responsible for the building up of the control engineering at plant Rayong with regards to structure, equipment, production processes, logistics, IT, Software, Hardware, Environmental/Work safety towards project lead/department head (ZX-T-2) and Plant Operations/Management (ZX-T-83*).-    Responsible for the planning and implementation of the production system to produce in series quality for the assigned technology towards Plant Operations/Management (ZX-T-83*).
- Responsible for evaluating, planning and implementing new IT Standards (Hardware, Software, IT Interfaces, IT Security, Program Structures) in alignment with central functions and plant departments towards Plant Operations/Management (ZX-T-83*).
- Responsible for the series production support with regards to controlling engineering as well as the coordination of implementing new Standards (Hardware, Software, Interfaces, Programming Standards).
- Responsible for the evaluation and decision on future plant/technology projects in alignment with central functions towards Plant Operations/Management (ZX-T-83*).
- Responsible for the project and annual Invest Target fulfilment for the assigned technology towards Plant Operations/Management (ZX-T-83*) and Project/Plant Controlling (ZX-F-11/C3-TH-F-2).
- Responsible for the production-related IT Security.

- Execute the industrialization for the assigned technology in plant Thailand within given targets (Quality, Invest, Timeline).
- Evaluate, plan, implement and decide on all planning measures along the production value chain in the assigned technology to achieve the technology targets regarding Quality, Costs, Quantity, Productivity and Timeline.
- Carry out risk assessment. 
- Identify and trigger problem solving process in case of any deviations during realization/integration phase in coordination with the project team and Plant Operations.
- Ensure the safety and organization of the assigned area and comply with the guidelines from environmental protection systems and work health and safety.
- Manage and steer all new product/component launches and equipment project integrations with regards to control engineering.
- Create tender documents and initiate the procurement process of local and international equipment/services.
- Coordinate internal/external partners and suppliers.
- Conduct process analysis, improvement suggestions, capacity evaluations.

- Lead the integration of new technology standards based on future model launches/BMW Group/Process standard and local requirements, by deciding the necessary equipment upgrades and trainings for the plant.
- Lead the integration of new production technologies, component projects and keeping the production system for the assigned technology always in accordance with valid BMW Group and local standards.

What should you bring along?

-University degree in Machanical ,Chemical Engineering or related field.

-Minimun 3 years experiance in Control & Electrical Engineering expert with strong PLC, automation, and IT security expertise.

-Experienced leader in managing interdisciplinary and international teams.

-Strategic and analytical professional with solid business management and decision-making skills.

-Strong BMW production and leadership knowledge, focused on quality, targets, and customer orientation.

-Excellent communicator and team player, fluent in English and Thai, with strong Microsoft Office skills.
