What awaits you?

  • Act as the main interface between Dealerships and Local Office in the dealer steering and dealer coordination for several strategic projects of dealer and network development on quantitative and qualitative level.
  • Implement Retail.Next, the new Retail concept including dealership design, retail processes and digital tools.
  • Manage Retailer Performance including MYS and VoD.
  • Act as the main Driver during implementation of new strategies (Digitalization, New Dealership formats) along the strategy number one and CBS Strategy.
  • Securing the Retail Standards within the Dealership organization for Sales and Aftersales and local coordination of Retail Audits.
  • Coordinate the performance and process consulting (RPM)
  • Have market responsibility for TNR relevant roles: RTP Performance management, RTP Enabling, RTP contract management and RTP Strategy and Planning, RTP Standards and Auditing.

 

What should you bring along?

  • University degree in business administration or other relevant field.
  • Experience in a similar position for minimum 2 years.
  • Project management experience would be considered as a strong plus.
  • Fluency in English. German language optional.
  • Analytical and strategical thinking/Communication skills
  • Very good IT and MS office knowledge.
