The Private Office team is responsible for curating world-class experiences that bring the brand to life for clients, prospects, and dealer partners. Combining expertise in client engagement, marketing, operations, and logistics, the department ensures every interaction reflects the craftsmanship, exclusivity, and attention to detail synonymous with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.

Through the coordination of exclusive events, personalised client visits, data-driven relationship management, and seamless vehicle logistics, the team plays a key role in strengthening customer relationships and supporting commercial success. Working in a highly collaborative environment, the department delivers exceptional experiences that leave a lasting impression while supporting the strategic growth of the Private Office network.

What awaits you?


  • Support the delivery of Private Office sales initiatives by coordinating client engagement activities and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of client and prospect events, ensuring seamless organisation and stakeholder communication.
  • Provide operational support to regional and local Private Office teams, acting as a key point of contact for day-to-day activities.
  • Manage and maintain client data within Salesforce, supporting campaign updates, reporting, and client management processes.
  • Coordinate the preparation of client visits and specification sessions, including facility readiness, sample management, and logistics support.
  • Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and suppliers while ensuring adherence to GDPR, compliance, and business processes.
  • Act as an expert with regards to the Commissioning suite client rooms
  • Lend support to members of the team working on the Rolls-Royce Luminary programme
  • Support the Operations Manager with room booking requests, confirmations and movements.
