Fall 2026 Full-Time Internship – Woodcliff Lake, NJ
September 8, 2026 – December 11, 2026
WHAT AWAITS YOU.
- Completion of re-occurring tasks or ad-hoc work as business needs arise.
- Weekly lead processing.
- Fleet order specification validation.
- Rental order updates.
- Ad-hoc analyses of sales, customer and market data.
- Further development of CRM tool to better steer business and organize opportunities.
- Creation and/or review of marketing materials for all sales channels.
- Opportunity to automate existing processes within the CSS area.
- Support with demo management and logistics.
- Supporting business with responses to customer and dealer inquiries.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
- US Work Authorization required.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall, not just major).
- Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.
- Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week).
- Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application.
- Prior BMW Group experience is a plus (applicable to international J1 students only).
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
- Field of Study: Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing, or other relevant field.
- Business fluent English.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of business intelligence software such as MS Power BI or Tableau and CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus.
- Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Relocation assistance is not available for this position. This is a hybrid role that requires in office days.
Undergraduate students: Hourly rate is $25.30.
Graduate students: Hourly rate is $32.20.
The selected student's academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
