Contract Implementation (f/m/x). 

What can you expect?

• Manage contract implementation and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration to meet defined KPIs. 
• Verify contract documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Execute contract activation, including invoicing and payment processing.
• Review and approve contracts for vehicle release based on validated data and documentation.
• Process dealer invoices and maintain accurate data entry in relevant systems.
• Support communication with dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Contribute to process improvements, system updates, and compliance with legal and internal guidelines.

What can we expect? 

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in the financial services industry, customer service, CRM, or in related areas. Knowledge of digital tools and technology trends in financial services industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong customer orientation and a service-focused mindset as well as understanding of customer service processes and contract-related operations.
• Strong communication, cooperation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Czech/Slovak; strong English skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently in international and cross-functional environment.
