- Supporting the organisation of staff activities and HR projects, maintaining structure and overview.
- Managing administrative processes such as invoice processing (SAP), payment orders, and practical HR tools (e.g. fuel cards, small staff gifts).
- Assisting in the proper follow-up of Health & Safety initiatives in collaboration with the prevention adviser.
- Responding flexibly to ad hoc requests and supporting recruitment events, job fairs, and the supervision of interns.
- Ensuring smooth coordination of various administrative and organisational HR processes.
What should you bring along?
- You hold, or will soon obtain, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HR, Management, or a similar field).
- You are accurate, well-organised, and enjoy variety in your work.
- You communicate clearly and professionally.
