What awaits you?
- Work environment - you will be working in a well-equipped open office area alongside your teammates and other office employees, with access to ergonomic workstations, kitchen facilities, cafés and a company canteen.
- Team – as a member of our Logistics team, you will work in a multicultural environment and collaborate closely with various cross-functional teams to ensure stable and efficient logistics operations.
- Inventory Control – you will oversee inventory management processes, ensure inventory accuracy, verify the consistency between system data and physical stock, and analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Process Analysis – you will monitor logistics processes, identify the root causes of deviations, participate in implementing corrective actions, and contribute to the continuous optimization of operations through improvement initiatives.
- System Management – you will perform material booking and workflow management in SAP while ensuring the accuracy and reliability of logistics data.
- Collaboration – you will work closely with logistics, production and suppliers, proactively investigate operational issues, and actively contribute to identifying and implementing effective solutions.
What should you bring along?
- Educational background - university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- Work experience - at least one year of relevant experience in logistics, inventory management or process-related roles is an advantage. We also welcome motivated fresh graduates
- Work schedule - willingness to work in a regular daytime schedule (no shift work).
- Language skills - confident intermediate English language skills are required. Hungarian language skills are not mandatory.
- Professional Skills – you have experience working with SAP or are willing to develop your SAP knowledge. You understand logistics processes and workflows, possess strong analytical thinking, and are able to identify the root causes of issues and develop improvement proposals independently. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. PDCA) and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively are considered an advantage.
- Communication and teamwork - you are a confident communicator with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. You collaborate effectively with different departments and stakeholders while taking ownership of identifying and resolving operational issues independently.
