Corporate Planning Student
The Corporate Planning department at BMW Group South Africa plays a key role in shaping strategic direction, business performance monitoring, and long-term planning across the organisation.
As a Corporate Planning Student, you will support the team in driving data-driven decision-making and contribute to strategic and operational planning initiatives.
What awaits you?
- Assist with the preparation and analysis of business performance reports and planning cycles.
- Support strategic planning activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and business case evaluations.
- Contribute to market and economic analysis to inform business decisions.
- Assist in the development of presentations and reports for management and key stakeholders.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Production, and other departments.
- Perform data analysis and ensure accuracy and integrity of planning information.
What should you bring along?
- Must have completed a Degree in Economics or related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of economic principles, financial analysis, and business strategy.
- Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
