What awaits you?
- Work environment – you will be working in a modern, digitalized logistics environment closely connected to operational and transport processes, supported by advanced IT systems and collaborative teamwork.
- Team – as a member of our Logistics Operations team, you’ll work together with experienced logistics professionals in an international and fast-paced environment focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Goods receipt administration – accurate and timely checking, processing, and system recording of freight and goods accompanying documents, including goods receipt posting in the ERP system. Clarifying missing or incomplete delivery information with responsible departments and ensuring accurate system documentation.
- Deviation management – creating change notifications in case of quantity and/or part number discrepancies, as well as recording and documenting operational deviations and logistics-related issues. Clarifying unrecorded delivery notes and ensuring their subsequent and accurate system entry.
- Driver and transport coordination – issuing clear operational instructions to drivers and forwarding agents regarding loading order, loading points, and loading sequence based on registration data.
- Truck flow control– managing and adjusting time slots in the truck control system to ensure efficient yard and transport coordination. Controlling internal and external truck flows to ensure compliance with throughput targets and balanced utilization of operational areas.
- Urgent parts coordination – handling and prioritizing urgent parts deliveries to secure uninterrupted supply to production.
What should you bring along?
- Educational background - at least a secondary school diploma, university degree is an advantage.
- Work experience – experience in inbound logistics, goods receipt, yard or transport control, or in a comparable operational logistics environment.
- Language skills - fluent Hungarian and at least basic English both written and spoken. Strong English is an advantage.
- ERP & process knowledge – practical knowledge of ERP systems and goods receipt booking processes.
- Precision & analytical mindset – strong attention to detail combined with a structured and solution-oriented approach to handling discrepancies and process deviations.
- Communication skills – ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments and provide clear guidance to external drivers and logistics service providers.
- Reliability & resilience – ability to work responsibly and efficiently in a dynamic, time-critical operational environment.
- Work schedule – willingness to work in a permanent night shift model.
