Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, Parts Operations and Data Analysis - Placement Year(July 2027)
During this internship the successful candidate will be exposed not only to practical business challenges on a daily basis, but to longer term improvement projects which will benefit the whole Aftersales Business. The intern will be a vital asset to support the team from analysis, planning and implementation point of view, and will be able to network within Parts Operations, and with other Rolls-Royce departments.
What awaits you?
- Supply chain / packaging improvements across multiple suppliers to improve material flow and reduce operational costs.
- Analyse sales, transport and logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Stock analysis, supporting the inventory function to improve overall stock accuracy and optimisation.
- Material master data review to achieve better data quality.
- Daily and weekly reporting including the creation of new reports & presentations to monitor various performance KPIs.
- Supporting project activities on an on-demand basis.
- Process improvements for the teams of Parts Operations department.
What should you bring along?
- Studying towards a bachelor’s degree and on track to achieve a 2:1 or above.
- Analytical, logical and self-motivated individual.
- Able to think creatively and off own initiative.
- Multi-task whilst maintaining structure and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills with ability to assert oneself.
- Good knowledge of MS Office package.
