Rolls-Royce Motor Cars is part of the BMW Group and its Goodwood manufacturing plant sits in the heart of the West Sussex countryside. Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood – Launch and Project Management - 12.5 Month Placement (July 2027)
The Launch and Change Management function is responsible to successfully manage all product changes and new product introductions, including Bespoke into the manufacturing process. The teamwork cross-functionally in a multi project landscape to ensure all new introductions are seamlessly integrated without impact or disruption to the running production processes. The role is dynamic, and challenges technical, business and people skills in order to successfully manage the project landscape.
The Launch and Change Management department ensures the successful introduction of product changes into Rolls-Royce production. It is responsible for the steering and introduction of launch and bespoke projects as well as series changes, in addition to the creation and maintenance of the bill of material for in-house production and the successful introduction of our products and processes. Our team is seeking a graduate to join from July 2027.

- Keep in close contact with the process partners of the team and have a unique view of the manufacturing of high luxury cars.
- Take responsibility for your own projects and present them in front of process partners and your team.
- Support the team managers with reporting and presentations into the wider BMW business and partner departments.
