WHAT AWAITS YOU.

  • Oversee regional facilities service providers and contracts (e.g., mailroom, document destruction, emergency power, grounds, property management, leases) across 33 buildings/properties, ensuring compliance with laws (OSHA, EPA, life safety) and SLAs.
  • Manage facilities operations with best practices, driving energy efficiency, security enhancements (with PI-45), space planning, build-outs, and reconfigurations to meet current and future needs.
  • Plan and manage operating and capital budgets for C4 facilities and regional offices; provide daily direction to onsite contract staff (housekeeping, mailroom, maintenance, landscaping).
  • Lead waste management and budget allocation; coordinate project management for smaller FM tasks and major construction, ensuring adherence to FM standards (RFIs, specs, handovers, punch lists).
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adoption of new building standards and technologies; serve on business continuity and emergency readiness teams (First Responders, drills, liaison with vendors and internal groups).
  • Maintain strong cross-functional collaboration (internal partners, external vendors, Purchasing, Legal) to negotiate facilities solutions, manage audits, KPI-driven vendor performance, and effective communication on issues impacting the business.

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or certification.
  • 5+ years of facilities management experience in Class A office.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Teams and other remote access software.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Knowledge of life safety, EPA and OSHA regulations.
  • Knowledge of SAP software and CCMS.  
  • Knowledge of critical power environments.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels of the organization, and complex group of stakeholders.
  • Preference:
    • Knowledge of AutoCAD.

Relocation is available for this position.
 

In support of BMW Group’s business objectives, this position requires regular onsite attendance at a BMW office/facility with remote work capability (hybrid). 

 

The expected salary range for this position is $62,500.00 - $125,000.00. 

 

The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
